Introduction of azo initiator
Azo initiator refers to a type of free radical initiator containing nitrogen and nitrogen double bonds in its molecular structure. Its English name is azo-initiator. The general formula is R-N = N-R, where the R-N bond is a weak bond, which is easy to break to form free radicals, and the decomposition temperature is related to the alkyl structure. If the two ends are symmetrical alkyl structures or there are polar substituted groups in the alkyl group (such as —CN, —COOH, —COOR, etc.), the decomposition temperature decreases.
