In the slurry polymerization, a solvent or the monomer itself is used as the dispersion medium, and the resulting polymer is insoluble in the dispersion medium, but dispersed in the form of particles, which is in the form of a slurry. Some earlier literature had attributed it to heterogeneous solution polymerization.
