Honda cvcc combustion system

This is a carburetor type oil supply with stratified combustion of a sub-chamber combustion chamber. The combustion chamber is divided into a main combustion chamber and a secondary combustion chamber. The auxiliary chamber is equipped with an auxiliary intake valve and a spark plug, and a flame is used between the main and auxiliary chambers. Spout connection.

The main chamber enters the lean mixture, and the auxiliary chamber enters the rich mixture. These can be guaranteed by the structure of the carburetor. Since there is a flame hole between the main and auxiliary chambers, proper mixing is performed through the flame holes, and an intermediate gas mixture is formed in the sub-chamber and the flame hole, so that the mixed gas forms a layer.

When the spark plug is ignited, the rich mixture in the auxiliary chamber first ignites, and then the flame is sprayed from the flame hole.

Out, the intermediate concentration mixture is burned, and finally the lean mixture is burned.
