Fuel nozzle introduction
1. Function: atomize the fuel to accelerate the formation of the mixture to ensure stable combustion and improve combustion efficiency.
2. Classification: Centrifugal nozzle, pneumatic nozzle, evaporation nozzle, oil squirt nozzle.
3. Centrifugal nozzle: The fuel is tangentially directed into the lumen at a certain pressure, as shown above. Atomization is achieved under the action of centrifugal force. Centrifugal nozzles can be divided into: two-way dual-chamber double-nozzle nozzles, two-way dual-chamber single-nozzle nozzles, and two-way single-chamber single-nozzle nozzles.
