Dual Action Polishing Machine
The Dual Action Polishing Machine is what players often call "eccentric machine". The principle is that the motor drives an eccentric flying ball to operate through the bearing, and a free rotating back plate is installed in the middle of the flying ball.
The Dual Action Polishing Machine will stall (stop spinning and vibrate) when too much pressure is applied or the machine is working at an uneven angle. This stall makes the DA machine safer than the RO machine, so it is almost impossible to risk "throwing through".
Therefore, compared with the RO machine, the DA machine is easy to use and is more suitable for the polishing players who are just getting started. The disadvantage is that the size of the backplane of the machine is a fixed size, so jobs of different sizes require more size machines to match, which has certain limitations.
