Disadvantages of HDPE
1. The operating temperature of HDPE is not high, generally below 110°C.
2. HDPE has poor aging resistance. Under the action of atmosphere, sunlight and oxygen, it will gradually become brittle, and its mechanical strength and electrical properties will decrease.
3. At the molding temperature, due to oxidation, the viscosity will decrease, discoloration and streaks will appear.
