Diffusion coefficient in gas

Generally, the diffusion coefficient is related to the temperature, pressure, concentration and the nature of the material in the system. For a two-component gas mixture, the diffusion coefficient of the component is independent of concentration at low pressure, but is a function of temperature and pressure. The gas diffusion coefficient can be found from the relevant data. The diffusion coefficients of some two-component gas mixtures are listed in Appendix 1. The diffusion coefficient in the gas is generally within the range.
