Characteristics of thermocouple temperature instrument
Thermocouple is the most commonly used temperature sensor in temperature measurement. The main advantage is that it has a wide temperature range and adapts to various atmospheric environments, and it is sturdy, low-cost, without power supply, and it is also the cheapest. The thermocouple consists of two different metal wires (metal A and metal B) connected at one end. When the thermocouple is heated at one end, there is a potential difference in the thermocouple circuit. The measured potential difference can be used to calculate the temperature.
