Characteristics of electric shock faults on distribution lines
(1) The electric shock is caused by the stride voltage, but the parties do not know what causes it;
(2) Accidents are caused by improper operation of the 10 kV branch line drop fuse;
(3) The operator's safety and technical quality is low, and an unexpected incident of single-phase grounding cannot be handled correctly. The guardian cannot provide correct and effective treatment methods, resulting in an electric shock accident;
(4) The ambulance personnel are not familiar with the emergency ambulance and electric shock first aid knowledge. After the accident, they are horrified and cannot be calmly and properly handled, so that they are also exposed to electric shock;
(5) Wait until the grounding point is naturally disconnected, and the electric shocker is disconnected from the power supply. Fortunately, the rescue is timely, otherwise the consequences will be more serious;
(6) Line equipment such as 10 kV branch line drop fuses do not meet the standards, and equipment acceptance, operation and maintenance are not in place.
