Characteristics of constant current source circuit
a) Does not change due to changes in load (output voltage);
b) Does not change due to changes in ambient temperature;
c) The internal resistance is infinite (so that all the current can flow out to the outside);
A circuit that can provide a constant current is a constant current source circuit, also known as a current mirror circuit.
