Bump Definition

When there are no bubbles or impurities in the liquid, even if the temperature reaches and exceeds the boiling point, it will not boil, forming a superheated liquid. The superheated liquid is unstable. If the temperature of the external environment of the superheated liquid suddenly drops sharply or invades bubbles or impurities, it will form a violent boiling, accompanied by a crackling sound.
