Air conditioning system classification
1.Centralized air conditioner
All air handling equipment (fans, filters, heaters, coolers, humidifiers, dehumidifiers, refrigeration units, etc.) are concentrated in the air-conditioned room. After air treatment, the air ducts are sent to the air-conditioned rooms. The heat source and cold source of this air conditioning system are also concentrated. It handles large amounts of air, is reliable, easy to manage and maintain, but the machine room covers a large area.
2.Semi-concentrated air conditioner
The air treatment equipment concentrated in the air-conditioned room only processes a part of the air, and there are air treatment equipment in the dispersed air-conditioned rooms. They either process the indoor air in situ or replenish the air from the centralized processing equipment. The induction system, fan coil + fresh air system is a typical example of such a semi-centralized air conditioning system.
3.Partial air conditioner
This system disperses the air handling equipment in the air-conditioned room, so the local air conditioning system is also called the decentralized air conditioning system. Various types of air conditioners that are commonly used fall into this category. The air conditioner integrates the indoor air processing equipment, the indoor fan, and the like with the cold heat source and the refrigerant output system in one box. The decentralized air conditioner only transports the cold and hot carriers to the room, and the wind is processed in the fan coils in the room.
