Acetate fiber introduction

Acetate fiber is a kind of semi-synthetic fiber material, which is different from viscose fiber. Acetate fibers are fibers spun from cellulose acetate. In the acetate fibers, most or all of the hydroxyl groups on the cellulose ring are acetylated. The acetate fiber has a smooth cylindrical shape with stripes in the longitudinal direction and an oval shape in cross section. Due to its low crystallinity and side order, the acetic ester fiber has a poor breaking strength, which is worse in the wet state, but has a high elongation at break, and its elastic recovery is obviously stronger than that of viscose fibers. The moisture absorption of acetic ester fiber is 6% ~ 7% under standard conditions, and the swelling property in water is low. The finished product is easy to wash and hardly shrinks even when washed with hot water. Acetate fiber has good resistance to sunlight, and exceeds nylon, viscose fiber and cotton fiber. It softens and deforms when heated, and then burns slowly, and has combustion-supporting properties.
